Without knowing your date, we can't answer that here, however, if you schedule a meeting we can let you know.  Of course, if we see your date conflicts with our schedule, we will let you know before the meeting with some suggestions of other DJs you might want to contact.

Yes.  We carry insurance specific for entertainers.  Some vendors require vendors to be insured.  We can provide a Certification of Insurance upon request.

In addition, we are an LLC registered with the State of Vermont.

The simple answer is "Yes."  Beforehand, we ask you for a list of songs we must play, songs to play if possible,  songs to play only if requested, and songs we should NOT play.  

During the dance portion of the reception, we are open to take requests from your guests as long is falls within your guidelines.

In the 13 years we've been in business, we have NEVER (knock on wood) canceled an event unless it was due to extreme weather, but that was not a wedding.  However, we know things happen and we have a list of other DJ companies that we work with.  We will work to get a replacement so you will not be left hanging.  

For our weddings we ask for 50% if your date is over 365 days otherwise we ask 25% to book your date.  The retainer fee will be due within 72 hours after the contract signing.  Our only other requirement for payment is that you have to pay the balance two weeks before the event.  All payments can be made in our client portal.
